CONDITIONS OF SALE AND SUPPLY OF GOODS

You can register your order online or you can contact us (via Facebook, Instagram or direct mail).

There is no prepayment for orders if the order is made from the available range. Payment in Yerevan is possible upon delivery, and in regions or Artsakh, prior to shipment.

If the total order exceeds 10 000 AMD, the delivery is free of charge. In the absence of this condition the shipping cost in Yerevan is 300 AMD and in the regions – 500 AMD.

The order fulfillment period is 1-3 business days from the available range, and 7-10 business days for individual orders. The order quantity is checked within one business day after the order is registered on the site and the customer is clearly informed of the order fulfillment date.

The order fulfillment can be tracked in the “My Orders” section of your personal page by clicking on the “Follow” button for that order.

Client can make payment by bank card or Idram payment online, or choose “Bank or HayPost” payment option, approach the nearest Post Office post office or any bank and make a transfer by order stating mandatory order number or phone number.

The order is checked as soon as possible before shipment, but in case of any discrepancies, the order may be returned or replaced. When shipping in Yerevan it is necessary to check the order and return it to the sender if you wish to return. Upon departure of the dispatcher, the order is returned to our office by the customer. The order shipped to the regions is returned via HayPost with a return address.

Attention ․ Return is rejected if order is returned (product damaged), improperly packaged, labels removed. The earrings are non-refundable. Individually made orders are also non-refundable.

In the case of returnable or exchangeable products, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

In case of order refund, if the customer has paid in advance with a bank card, the refund will only be made to the same bank card within 3-5 banking days with the same payment method.

The exchange and return of goods is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the RA Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.

If you make a purchase, your bonus account will receive 2% of the order value you can use for future purchases.
